Taking down the truck.

So I had my fraps set to take a screenshot every 30 seconds just to get some random action shots from time to time.  Pretty cool stuff.

Dan, Dano, and I had taken the truck into Mogi to get some supplies and wait for the rest of the group.  Greg and Aaron were on the other side of town and Mat was still en route.  After Greg and Aaron met up with us, we heard a guy shooting in the middle of town.  While we were searching for him, we heard a truck roll into town.  We went into full "oh, shit!" mode.  I was posted up on a hill with an M24 watching over the whole town.  I saw the truck roll in and go the long way around Mogi, back by the church.

Eventually, it started rolling towards our side of town.  We unloaded on it.  I think Greg knocked out its tires, but the guy was still alive in the truck.  The engine was still running, too.

The truck is right behind that tree.

I lined myself up on the driver side door.  As soon as he opened the door... *BLAM*.  I nailed him.  Pretty sure Dan or someone on my left hit him, too.  He dropped like a sack of bricks.  Of course, our guns weren't silenced, or even quiet by any means, so naturally every zombie in the town was now after us.

30 seconds later.  OH LAWD.

At this point, we all started running around like chickens with our heads cut off.  Especially me.  I could not seem to shake any of the zombies that were on my tail.

Eventually someone ran them down with our truck.

Once the chaos was over, we went and looked inside the truck we "captured."  There were weapons and ammo galore.  There's probably a good chance the guy hacked the stuff in.  It happens more often than we'd like.  I think the funniest part about this is we never found the guy who first started shooting in Mogi.  I wonder if he's still there, shitting his pants after hearing our whirlwind of gunfire at the enemy truck.  *shrug*

Such is life in Chernarus.
